THE CASITA is a unique and charming retreat ideal for a quiet and romantic getaway or a peaceful solo retreat.

1. Accommodations:

   - Guests sleep either inside the heated and air conditioned vintage travel trailer on a queen-sized bed,

   - The outdoor setup includes various "Outdoor Rooms" such as a living room, dining room, kitchen, and bath.

   - The bath features a tub-shower combination.

   - The kitchen is equipped with a deco sink and fridge.

   - The toilet is located in a deluxe restored outhouse, with modern flush toilet, a second bathroom sink, Q-tips, and cotton balls.

2. Guest Limitations:

   - Maximum occupancy is two people.

   - The space is not suitable for pets, parties, loud music or loud voices.

   - Visitors are not allowed due to size, sound, and parking limitations.

   - The space is not to be used for weddings, ceremonies, receptions, or bridal prep.

3. Additional Information:

   - The space provides for access to the spectacular pool.

   - Filming, photoshoots, and special events are not included in the booking and must be arranged separately with the owner.
