Site fees begin at $5,500 for up to 20 guests, plus $100. per additional guest. 50 person maximum.

Full catering, staffing, and bar available through our preferred caterer, Layne Sanden, starting at $100 per person. BYOB.

• COCKTAIL HOUR - Outside, following the ceremony

• INDOOR RECEPTION - Great Room, Dining Room, Front Patio, Back Balcony

• EXCLUSIVE USE - Only one event per day

• GENEROUS HOURS - Six hours to set up, six hours for event

• REHEARSAL - At a mutually agreeable time

• USE OF THE PUBLIC ROOMS - The Great Room, Buffet Room, Bride’s room, Groom’s Room, and Tower Room with Roof Deck

• FOUR RESTROOMS - Beautifully appointed

• BIG FIREPLACE - In the Great Room may be used (subject to by air quality alerts).
